Enjoyed a barrel aged Old Rasputin on Friday night. Been looking a for a bottle now for a few years and finally happened upon one. I enjoy the stock Old Rasputin quite a bit and the barrel aged version is very good!

Agreed. It’s hands down the best beer I’ve ever had (besting a TON of hyped rare stouts). I think it’s as close to stout perfection as it gets.

Luckily I found a 4-pack at a grocery store in Houghton last week! I still had a single from last year, which I drank first. I'll have to age at least two of the remaining ones.

None of my supply lasted long enough to get aged. That’s awesome you found some still in the wild, it went super fast here in Kalamazoo. At this point in my drinking life it’s the only beer I’d ever wait in line for.
