Are the driver and fairway wood adapters interchangeable? Can I use a fairway wood shaft in a driver and vice versa?

I don't have it handy, I just remember seeing it some time ago. If you search this forum or Google you should be able to find multiple examples of people discussing the adapter conversions.

Adapter conversion is fairly simple. The clubhead always determines the lofts possible. So you just look at the minimum and maximum for that head and compare to the minimum and maximum of the adapter stamps.

 

Example: Fly-Z+ driver is from 8.5* to 11.5*. King LTD 3-4 wood runs from 13* to 16*. 13 minus 8.5 is 4.5, so if you use a Fly-Z+ adapter in the LTD 3-4 wood, just add 4.5 to the loft on the adapter, that will be the loft you'll actually have on the fwy wood in that setting.

 

Works the same using fwy adapters in drivers, you just are subtracting from the loft on the adapter in those instances.
