I was just going by pricing on Amazon since they are relatively fair market value in most cases. I didn't even think about Costco. Never saw them there, but I'll have to look next time. Either way, I can use these smaller ones for work and stuff like that.

Costco has these again. They have the 2 pack of 24oz Takeya bottles for $20. They also had S'well bottles too but they were more expensive.

 

Because I was so grateful to have my 32oz and 24oz bottles in the 93* heat and terrible humidity the other day, figured I'd bump this because Costco has the two packs of 40*oz bottles for $30 now.

 

I have a Takeya 24oz bottle I take on my push cart and after three or four refills on the course, the ice I started with is still mostly there. It will keep ice for 24 hours or more. Someone bought me a cheap knockoff 32 oz cup for a birthday and that thing will keep ice for a day or more too. No need to pay $40 for a Yeti when a $10 knockoff does the same thing.

Are they better than Yeti?

 

 

Yeti may be the most over rated product of all time. Does it work? Absolutely but they don't have a secret. It is a vacuum insulated cup. This technogoly is no different than most of the cheaper brands that offer the same technology.

In the summer, I like to use a hydraulic flask to hold ice beer. After 24 hours, the beer in the bottle is still cooler than the beer in the glass. It is really a pleasant thing for the hot summer. In the winter, I like to use a chemical flask to heat hot cocoa for 6 hours. I will enjoy my warm drink after I finish my work, which is really pleasant. Therefore, I strongly recommend that everyone have a Hydro flask stainless steel water bottle. Its quality and insulation are really great!
