Best indoor golf ball

Looking for a ball that has a little click and heft to it but won't jack up drywall, lamps, people, pets etc. Trying to get some short game practice in.

Ive had them those are just foam balls, they won't give off any type of click. Try these they are an actual hard ball but hollow so you won break/hurt anything. I got a handful when I got my big moss putting green to chip with indoors.

Thanks. Just looking to get something to chip n pitch with. Not enough room/height for a net so im banging them off the dart board

Then maybe go with the foam balls lol but you won't get any feel off them

Any new suggestions... with the release of the planemate i'd like to get some indoor balls to hit chips and pitches with that have little feel to them but won't damage walls. i'd prefer to not set a net up every time and just be able to hit some practice chips into a wall with a soft ball

I use the Peltz practice balls for my indoor range. they will not go through drywall but they will mark drywall. The repairs to the drywall will be easy with just a little bit of smoothing mud but they will cause some damage. Of course nothing like a real golf ball which will actually penetrate drywall. They hit pretty well but they do not have the hard feel of a real golf ball. You can be mis-hitting and think you are hitting flush. Nothing really compares to hitting a real ball. I would make sure you have as much as nylon material hanging from your net as you can get by with because that will stop golf balls better than the nets which are cheap crap that eventually rip. The nylon will stop real golf balls. However when you miss the net or the nylon you will bust a hole in the wall! I've been using my range for about ten years and only have 5 golf ball hole sized holes in the wall. Good luck!

I have both of these and I have pretty much hit everything in the house with them (including the dog) and haven't done any damage to anything.

I use these solely for chipping in the basement off the carpet so I can't comment about losing them in the backyard. They are a little heavier than the plastic wiffle ball type balls and have a good feel when you hit them. The cool thing is you can see how much spin you are putting on the ball because of the two colors.

and I actually prefer the Skilz ones. These have some weight to them but are more foamy feeling and give a weird thud when you hit them.

I used to have foam practice balls that had a little plastic insert that made a click, but that was long time ago.
