Monte Schleinblum - Golf clinic thoughts?

Just got back from a 1 on 1 with Monte. If you are on the fence with a Clinic or in person lesson, JUMP THE FENCE, GO, SIGN UP, DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE!

The results of going and not going are as different as making a left turn or a right turn when driving. Looking online for a fix is like going to a pharmacy lab and mixing your own meds when your occupation is a truck driver. its dangerous. Monte's surgical with this.

After this one lesson, I understood the problems and fixes too clearly.

He said: "this is all you need to do in your swing"
I asked "this is it forever?"
Monte: "Yeah"
I asked " do a lot of people just see you once?"

Monte nodded yes..

I was shocked.

Once, I get a hold of the swing fixes, I'm going in for a short game lesson for sure. If he could show me how to get a better short game like he did my swing, there's no limit to what my handicap could drop to.

Any updates on a Sioux Falls clinic date? Was trying to go last year, but back just wasn't in a place to do so. Hoping for this year!

For any of you who have been to a Monte clinic, are there any provisions made to allow instruction to continue in rainy conditions, i.e., large tents to protect participants while hitting balls?

The clinic last year in Hot 'Lanta was anything but hot. It was cold, windy, and rained at times. The show went on so dress accordingly. Although if it rains hard enough Monte is going to find somewhere to stay to dry. No way he lets all that hair product go to waste!

my sister and I are going to the chicago clinic for the first time this year. It will be very exciting to see how we both and improve! I may do some before and after stuff for both our swings.

This is actually funny and ironic.

Actually a few years ago in Chicago we did convene at TopGolf, lol, it rained buckets all day and that was the only thing the salvaged the first day - can't say it was ideal, but it was better than pouting at the motel and got to spend a little time getting to know a couple of wrxers - so a win!

DUDE! Monte finally had a clinic in Irvine(socal) and everything's sold out for both months.. tickets are selling faster than a Justin Bieber concert.

I hope he has clinics on a regular here...

There's a Rick Smith Academy near me who puts on clinics and he's there maybe once a year. Perfectly valid question.

I will echo what a lot of others say......Monte is one of the best...in just a few clincs...each a year apart......Monte got me from an upward trending 6 to a +1.....that's with only 1 clinic each year...no lessons or online lessons in between....maybe 1 email in between with a video asking if i'm on the right track.....each year I get something to work on and I do it exclusively until I see him again the following year. My handicap has dropped, ball striking improved dramatically and distance increased.
