Please help: Strap issues with Titleist 2017 Player's 5 Stand Bag

Hello. Thanks in advance. I purchased this bag from an individual online, specifically to be used as a carry bag.

Now, I can't seem to figure out the straps. I want to wear it in the "back-pack" style. Does anyone have this bag or an ability to shine light on how to configure/use the straps correctly?

When I try to wear it it is not correct. Something's wrong.

Please see my pictures. Am I missing a piece?

The straps all snap in. If you push the button in the center of the attachment point in, you can pull the strap out. Just rotate the configuration 90° to the left. Attach the top left strap (on the t side of the titleist logo on the bag) to the bottom left connector. Move the one from the bottom left side to the bottom right. From the bottom right to the top right and from the top right to the top left. That should work to make it back into a backpack style bag.

I'm not sure if you could tell from my pictures but I already had the straps in an X formation (top left connector connected to bottom right - - and top right connected to bottom left).

So doing what you said just gave me the X formation with the straps in different positions. It still doesn't produce the backpack effect.

Also all of the pictures I've seen have the Titleist logo in the position that my original photos show it in.

Maybe I'm just putting it on wrong. It's just way different from the PING Hoofer I used for so many years.

Thanks for your help. I may just have to go to the local GolfMart and see if they can help. Obviously I feel stupid for not being able to figure this out.

Yeah I think you're right. I saw other pictures where it didn't look like that piece was there, but I think it is necessary.

I guess the person I bought it from failed to mention that or didn't realize it.

Dangit. I'll have to see if I can buy that piece or maybe new straps entirely...
