TXG speedzone vs 410 LST

TM hasn't had a wood that has really worked or interested me until now with the SIM at least on the interest side. I don't think I'm going to change out my G410 Plus for possibly a nominal improvement, but I could possibly see a SIM slip into my bag in the fairway or hybrid spot which I need to fit/update in the next few weeks.

No worries! I did mention outside vs. inside before but also when they were at Taylormade which was technically outside but still hitting off mats. Thank you for the info as well! I knew there were differences between the systems but I did not know about the curve exaggerations on Foresight.

Well 1.42 smash ( roughly his average) vs 1.5 smash for a 180 mph bs is 127 mph vs 120... As someone in here said hes long but hes not rory long. I'd guess he'd max out around 122-123 on a tm averaging around 118 like he did at the taylormade facility.

Correct. My son is a fitter at TXG and told me about the swing chnages Matt is going through.

Foresight maxes out at 1.45 though, not 1.5 like Trackan. So his 1.42 average would be equivalent to 1.47 or 1.48 on Trackman.

I enjoy Matt testing all the equipment, mostly because he is a freak when it comes to him hulk-smashing the ball all the time. However I get way more out of the videos when they talk about the feel of a different shaft, feeling the head, and the kick point. These were all things that I felt when I was swinging a wood or driver, but could never explain. With that terminology and the general information that Ian gives out around shaft differences, really helped me work with my fitter to get me a shaft and head combination that just felt so good.

One of the more helpful videos that I watched was the high-handicap series as well as the average swing speed LPGA golfer they fit. That really helped me with my irons choice, although my swing speed is much higher than them. It still helped alot. I swing in the low 90's for my irons and pepper the face of most my irons, so inconsistency is my largest issue, But its really improved with the correct shaft stiffness.

Smash is still ballspeed/club speed. And his typical slight high toe contact is 1.5-1.51 territory on trackman
