The grenade is pretty solid. I had it on trackman vs my 9.5* 650/cinnamon 75-x gamer. Got 170 ball speed from the 650 and 173 from the grenade. That's pretty convincing. The thing is that the grenade spins way more. 650 was low 2k with a few below 2k and the grenade was high 2k maxing out at 3,100. I hit up on both at 3-4*.
I'm going to put in a 75g LDA Throttle x tipped. 5" @44" to experiment.

Yeah. Sully's working on that. To give you a point of reference, I hit the ball pretty high and like lower launch stuff. The 650 is a very low launch/spin head and the Grenade (same loft) launched about the same. It does spin more for me. Some folks have different results. Very forgiving though.

The DG x7 are now firmly in the bag. I have no plans to move away from them again.

The driver spot is being rotated between the 9.5* 650/Cinnamon 75-x and the 9.5* Grenade/Throttle LDA 75x @ 44" (dropped one 324 uphill with no roll while playing with Sean2. Not bad.)

I'll also be offloading some things on the BST if I can figure out how to do it. My C Taper X 4-PW. The 5,6 and 7 are brand new and uncut as KBS sent me new shafts as I had bent the tips. 4, 8, 9 and PW have Blue Mizuno NDMCs.

8.5* (Custom order) L5V with 4 adapters and the stock 62s Redboard shaft

17* Nike SQ 2 4 wood head. Great shape. Awesome crown.

PX 8A4 shaft tipped 1.5". Blue NDMC grip. Great shape.

Kuro Kage 70x taken out of a brand new Super LS 5 wood.

dude, the mp 650 is such an awesome driver. I absolutely love how the face looks at address. It flat out performs too. I realize 1-2* open face angle isn't for everyone but i love it. Really want to pick up a used one but havent seen one on the BST in months.

I agree! It's one of the best all around heads I've ever hit. Classic look with great launch and spin. What more could you ask for? That said, I'm looking forward to hitting the 850 outside on a warmer day.

Check out "GolfSeller" on eBay. Joe has a few new ones around going for about 100 bucks. They might not be posted, but he has them.

Yep. No reason to change yet. I was hitting punch shots in 39* weather the other day and could flight it, hit it high, really whatever. It's been good to me. Ball go far AND (usually) straight(ish).
