I really like the idea of placing Horizontal CG in the center of the face and Vertical CG low on the face (at least below the ball's equator). This is not a new concept. Many OEMs claimed to do it, but just a few actually did it. Golfworks has an updated huge list of every golf head with this numbers available at their site...

I also like the design and color combination (black and yellow/green together always looked great to me).

I certainly will give them a try and if 'they are better than my current' irons, they will definitively be in my bag.

The Asain market ones look awesome, not that I mind the black 'insert' at all for the NA one.

I do think the closest I'll come to these this season is paint filling the red on my covert forged irons :/

I can honestly say, I picked a poor time to get back into golf haha I never really cared about club releases until now. IMO Nike nailed it with the Vapor line and I'm truly excited to see where they are headed. After playing the CF irons for most of my season, I'm convinced that I'll be along for the ride.

But Nike has introduced irons that have the attributes that other club makers have been doing for 25 years--including Nike.

Pretty lame that they can only come up with something so boring to promote--It is like GM coming out and saying that this years big innovation is that this years cars come standard with an automatic transmission and air conditioning.

They did a CB version too and if I remember rightly, they lasted a couple of years, like most irons.
Approx 2008-2010, I think.
A "normal" MB/CB version came out in 2010, with a straight muscle.

Also understand that the Asian market is VERY different than the US market.

In the Asian market, most iron sets retail for north of $1500. The Asian market is much more willing to spend on clubs than we are. So companies have to differentiate clubs between the US and Asia.
