it's been 6 years since I visited this place!!!!

I have recently decided to start playing golf again after a 5 year hiatus. Being burnt out from league play, our first kid, shoulder surgery, a project car and the like just killed my love of them game. I was a regular on here about 6 years ago, massive club ho, always trading/buying/selling. Man stuff has changed on this website and in general for golf equipment.

When I decided to play again I dusted of my three bags full of clubs and decided to take inventory. 3 drivers, 5 woods, 3 hybrids, 3 full iron sets, 8 wedges, and 6 putters later I realized if I want to be consistent this time around I need to stick to one set. Seems irons/wedges haven't changed too much over the years. But man woods have changed significantly with all the adjustable hosel and sole weighting! Seems most of my old stuff is worth about nothing so I'm hooking up family/friends and donating the rest that I'm not keeping...

Already purchased a few new goodies on the cheap and a toddler set for my son. So we are going to teach him the basics and get myself back into it.

Thanks fellas, yep I'm one of the og members back when BSG was getting retarded and this site was created. Was 24 at the time....9 years ago....and always tinkering!
