Ok, I got it. I have an r7 with a GD YS-6 that is a super nice shaft and it is .350. I was also planning on refinishing the r7 as an experiment baking on a different color and just a refinish in general as I have done a few iron sets but no woods yet and there is a lot of crown marks from some balls and other non headcover mishaps.

So, I will reshaft the fourteen with the YS-6, refinish the r7, if I don't like the fourteen still, then I will put back the factory and sell. Done. If I do like the fourteen, maybe I out the big shaft in the r7 for a grins bomber long shaft driver? Or just reshaft it with a $20 speeder pull or something. Either way, this is he most logical and I get to play in my garage with clubs. Win.

Well I got my 4-pw from UPS today. The box is straight from Japan. Even came with a free fleece lined valuables pouch. As others said in another thread, I ordered the set in regular flex for the price and they came fully equipped with S300's! Couldn't be happier. As a comparison, I matched them up with my Cleveland 588cb's and the head size is nearly identical from length of the blade to the width of the sole. the 588 seems to be just a hair taller in the toe. This is a great surprise because it won't be too much of an adjustment for me. Now I'm really looking forward to March-April when golf in Illinois is going again.

was able to get amazon to swap 56's for me. all good! now I just need to wait again!

I have gamed FH1000 for fee months before I sold it and it's a solid club. Definately one of the most forgiving blade out there. The top line is not as thin as other blades so its not too intimidating. Impact feels very solid. I had a chance to purchase them since I was one of the first guys to see the post. When I saw it on Amazon, they had 3 sets left. For me it was not worth it since I would have to reshagt the whole clubs. I am not a big fan of DG shaft. Too heavy for me. With cost of reshafting/grip ($100) and new Modus3 or PXI shaft ($200 min), it would have cost me another $300+ easy. $550 + $300 would cost over $850+ and having to deal all the hassel. I would have been better off buying directly Rakuten with the shaft that I want (NS Pro Modus 3). May have cost me little more but I wouldn't have to deal with all the hassel + I am extreamly happy with my Vega VM-02.

Congrats to those guys who was able to get the deal from Amazon!!!

Finally got my order from Amazon, FH1000 3-p. They delivered a tc330 6-p on Monday, looked like a woman's set. Had to return that and they sent a replacement. But can't complain Amazon took care of me. Bought a couple of fourteen wedges also. Super great deal in the end, even with the hassle.

The rm 12s are a legit tool. I don't love them like I want to, but they are the least of my problems for sure.

I kinda like that c shape grind on them. I can really open up my 56 and get it up on a tight lie and it is very good out of sand.

Use to play 56 and 60 wedge, but changed to 52 and 58 when 9 irons became pw's

I ended up ordering 2 DJ-11 wedges for the whopping price of $40 each! I haven't tried them yet but I love the look. Brand new still wrapped in bubble wrap with info around the shaft and serial numbers. I got a 50 and 58 degree but I think I may end up bending the 50 to 52...Opinions?
