Ordered mine February 3rd. No update & I haven't called. Worst case scenario, I have to call & file a dispute with my credit card company. Best case, I end up with 10 dozen balls at almost 1/3 of their original price

[/quote]Yes, I had sent an email inquiry a couple of weeks ago and got no response. I re-sent last week and then received the voicemail message (actually two) as well as the email. The sender of the email was Sarah Calhoun while the guy on the phone didn't leave his name or maybe I just couldn't make it out. He was obviously on a cell phone and most likely in a car. Lots of static and a little garbled but he was polite and friendly sounding as well as apologetic and appreciative of my business.

As I received my first order without issues in two days, I'm probably a little more understanding than other customers. I know for a fact they are legit and the balls are the real thing. Their service and business plan might be a little shaky but they are for real.

I just called to get an update. I ordered in February (the 6th I believe) & have not received anything. I logged into their website & under my order info, it says "Completed Order Information". As its been so long & no update, I decided to call & see what was going on. Guy answers the phone & is super short to the point where I can't even explain what I'm trying to ask.

I'm sure he assumes I'm calling regarding the e6's, but thats no reason to conduct yourself like that. I wasn't confrontational or argumentative, but he was defensive from the start. This is / was a great deal, but in the spirit of voting with my pocketbook, this will be the last time I order from these guys. Things happen & the wait doesn't really bother me, but the customer service does.

FYI: he did let me know that they're supposed to be shipped out via UPS on Tuesday. "How long it will take to get from UPS to you? I have no idea. you'll just have to wait."

This company needs to figure out how to run a business. There have been no updates or emails and the guy is very unprofessional when dealing with customers over the phone.

I just got a phone call that the balls had been received by them and they would be shipping out. I ordered Jan 28.

Back on Jan 28 I ordered 4 doz. Card charged immediately. On Jan 29 I ordered 5 more.Card was not charged. I got the first 4 in late March. Never heard a peep about the second set so I thought they lost it.

Until today I saw my credit card had been charged for the 5 more doz on April 26; no shipping notification, certainly no balls. I called and got an answering machine, so I called my credit card folks and disputed it.

10 minutes later I had a missed call from their area code, i called back and got someone cutting in and out on a cell phone obviously driving who could not hear me.

I'll let the dispute ride and get my money back, no more business with this operation for me.

I also filed a dispute yesterday with my credit card. I purchased on 1/28 as well. One concern is it is past the 60 day dispute period for Visa and Mastercard so no guarantee I will get my money back. I think Golfersedge knew of the 60 day policy and kept on saying "the balls are coming, port strike, etc". Bottom line is I will never do business with golfersedgeonline.com again. I should have knew that they are shady when reading their facebook reviews!
