Anyone heard from Stanley Mayhem Leather?

I ordered 4 cash covers from Greg at Stanley Mayhem in the middle of January. Was told they should be done by early February. I emailed on the 22nd February and have emailed two more times since then looking for an update.

The ordering process was amazing and the mock-ups looked great, just hoping someone has heard something recently from him or has an explanation about what he's up to.

Their website still lists a "championship special" that expired in August, 2014. Big red flag there. I hope you paid by credit card and can still cancel.

I got some cool stuff in the Fall and I had to chase him down as he was super busy. No idea what is going on now though

So, I was promised a discount... then a full refund which took awhile but I did receive, he said that 3 of 4 were done and one was waiting for lacing and that the three should ship out a week after I got the refund on April 11th.

Anyways I haven't heard from him since then. I was really happy with the service, I understood he was busy and appreciated the refund (which I never asked for). But now I'm not sure if he will send them out or if I need to order them from someone else. I've been emailing weekly with no response.

Just disappointed because I was so ready to tell everybody about them and the groomsmen I'm getting them for were probably going to order yardage book covers after.

I guess its on to Appalachian Leather?

Heard bad things about them too.

I would look at Piedmont or Patrick Gibbons. Have stuff from both of them and they are always great.

I've only dealt with Piedmont Leather. I highly recommend.
