If city had said " the 16th hole of a golf course" I would have thought he was baiting people into saying they were cool with him hitting in to them tonight.

No. I'm hitting into people on the 13th. Like I did last time I played there.

 

I almost hit into someone on 18 at Waverly the other day. Literally, 260 out. If it was 2 yards to the left, it would have rolled up onto the green.

if strength is your priority, i would strongly suggest following a program. If you are new to programming, i'd strongly suggest Phrakture's Greyskull LP (linear progression). Not sure how big you are so it's hard to determine where your numbers fall, but if you are more advanced i'd advocate for GZCL style programming. You don't have to take it from me - i am a 6'0 200 lbs w/ 285 1rm bench, 425 1rm squat, 555 1rm DL (500 conventional). And I can barely drive the ball 250 yds.

 

I used to yell, "BY THE POWER OF GREYSKULL!!!", and BAM! I was the exact same build only I wasn't wearing a shirt.

Why not?

 

Back when I dead lifted, I chased 1RM. On days when I'd try it, I'd start getting nervous at work like an hour before leaving for the gym. I almost passed out more than once.

 

If I was getting into powerlifting or bodybuilding maybe.

 

For now just trying to get stronger

Lost 35 lbs then started to bulk but decided to just maintain now because I wasn't ready to lose my abs ;)

Got a lot of binge watching done in the airport this weekend. Thanks to someone else here I started watching Bloodline and got through the first 5 episodes this weekend. Another good Netflix show. Man in the High Castle has been good too but I haven't finished Season 1 yet.
