Best Rangefinder for Shaky Hands???

Any model that is bigger than the normal size. The Bushnell with pin seeker/jolt technology would be good, so you know you are locked on

I've actually found my Bushnell Z6 (no Jolt feature) to work just fine with my shaky hands.

A few less cups of joe the morning of the game might help, too, but not willing to go to those extremes.

I would [b]not [/b]recommend the Leupold GX4 that I have. I shake quite a bit and it is tough to get a quick distance for me. Even when there is a prism on the flag, I have trouble getting it to lock on. I used a friend's Bushnell Tour X and I liked how it more easily locked onto the flag.

bushnell tour v3 w/ jolt...it's big and gives you a notice when it's locked on. super easy

I have the Bushnell Z6 and I almost always use it one handed and get good quick readings. Therefore I'd guess it would work well for someone a bit shaky.

I just got the new 2015 Callaway 300 laser rangefinder. I have yet to take it on the course yet but from my testing, it's as easy and as fast as the bushnells with Jolt. And I have shaky hands. Never been able to get make the V2 work because of that...

Rangefinders seem better able to lock on to red flags than others.
As we are building a new $33m course in Auckland, due to open next year, replacing the current Manukau one. I would like to know if anyone can advise if flags are available from any manufacturer of reflective material to suited to rangefinders. Our club would likely purchase a set.
Any advice on best current materials?

I see lots of courses using the reflectors in their flagsticks - either at the very top or below the flag. I have a Bushnell Z6 and don't bother aiming at the reflectors. I find its easier to simply aim at the flag since its a larger target. I have no trouble locking on for accurate readings.

Lock your elbows into your sides/stomach area so your forearms are nearly vertical. Even the shakiest of hands won't matter with that much stabilization.

I could not agree more , I have tried range finders before but I shake too much . I heard a lot good things about
the Bushnell tour V3 so I bought one today at Golftown just to try as I new a had 30 days to return it if it didn't work for me.
I played nine with it , so easy to pick up flags , it's not going back ! My skycaddie watch and sgx/w are going to up for sale.
Amazing unit.
My friend has a Garman watch and I had skycaddie watch we we pretty close on some hole and 5 yards or better on others to the middle of greens. Now I have accurate yardage to the stick , game ,set, match !

I have a Bushnell Pro 1600, and with pinseeker it's not hard at all to get the flag since you just have to scan over it to pick it up. I'm sure the more recent versions are even better - but the older ones are still plenty accurate and can be found for much less (around 100 or less if you look hard enough). I've used one handed ones too and never really liked them.

I suffer from mild tremors in my hands, I have tried a few times using friends. I finally just ask them for it, I don't need additional reminders of this issue. I just bought a Garmin S3 watch instead.

I had an older Leopold and had trouble getting targets with shaky hands. I just got the Bushnell Tour X and its is amazingly easy and fast to get pins.

My bushnell 1500 just died. I thought it was me because my hands shake but a couple of young men with no shakes could not make it work. Time to start shopping.

Does the Bushnell tour x have the capability to lock on to the prism on a flag, if the falg has a prism?

If the flag does not have a prism how does the Bushnell tour x lock on to the flag?
