Checked out the Nike Lunar AF1's last night. They look pretty sharp IMO, good casual shoe for shorts.

Thanks, I completely forgot about those. My mind has been on the chukkas and AM 90s. Tough decision ahead.

Got my LC4s today. Wicked comfy!!

I need a new comfortable waterproof shoe. We are dew sweepers on the weekend, so water resistant does me no good. I am not sure the Nike FI's will work, although I love them when dry, have worn them the last 2 rounds, fit in "wide" is perfect.

 

I want to wait for the new FI Premiere, but don;t know if it will be a full WP, and no idea if available in wide, also not sure if they come out 4/1 or 7/1.

 

I am looking at 2 shoes right now

 

TW15 in Grey "wide" - $120 shipped

 

LC3 in white "wide" - $102 shipped.

 

Will either of these be close to the FI in comfort or fit?

 

Any reason one is better?

Not a fan of those new Zoom Attack / TW 16s at all, but I'll definitely be picking up a pair of the black Lunar Force 1.

Not a fan at all...would've liked to see them go back to a traditional look with a new shoe, oh well see what FJ is coming out with on 3/15.

The exterior heel counters on the LC4s make the guys on tour look like they have gigantic feet. I'm sure they are comfortable, but the swoosh on the toe, and the big plastic wrap around the heel are not my cup of tea.

Zoom?! They look like a proper successor to the old TW and Tour Premium line. I might skip 90's if they don't have spikes and pick these up. Just wish the white pair had black lining but wowed right now. Good news indeed!!!

Thanks Mula! I have not tried on the Chukkas yet (because I can't find a 14 to try) but I keep hearing that there isn't a consistent fit with other Nike shoes (some say they fit a half size smaller than others and some say they fit a half size big). If they fit like the LC4s then I'll be more than ecstatic to get these!!!
