Zero Restriction Sizing Experience

I decided to go with the Zero Restriction Stealth Jacket and either the Stealth or Qualifier pant.

 

Whats your experience with sizing?

 

I'm 5'11 165 lbs and wear a pant size 30x32 and small in golf shirts. I'm thinking ZR fits more true to size and going with a medium top and small bottom. Size charts with companies are never helpful. IMO.

im 6 foot 3 and 250 lbs and xxl was huge on me xl fits perfect not sure if that would help

6'2", 230 here and though I have both XXL and XL, the XL fits beautifully-

THIS is what I love about ZR, and I've worn their stuff since their second year out, so it's been a while-

Their sizing, combined with the "true" fit and the freedom that their cut(which is patented) gives me!!

Bro, you're gonna love their stuff!!

I'm 6'0 about 200. In most tops or pullovers I'm between a medium and a large depending on the cut. Anything baggy and loose I'm a medium, anything more fitted tends to be a large. I've got 2 tops from them, both the Highland model, rain resistant wind breaker, like a softshell. One is a 1/4 zip pullover from a few years back before the kids and is a Medium. It fits just about right at the moment, any smaller (or fatter on my part) and it would be too small, but the restriction level is extremely minimal so it works, hence the name. By itself it's perfect, layering with it is probably a no go though. The other is a full zip jacket in size Large and it's a perfect jacket for casual or golf. I can layer a bit under it if need be but it's not baggy and loose. Both are about 2-3 years old so I don't know if current sizing is the same. So I'd say they're true to size, if not a tad on the larger side so as to allow for movement.

Their stuff runs a touch big, but it fits me really well. They make a nice product.

I'm 5'10, 150 lbs. Medium should be perfect. It is for me with Zero Restriction items.

You really get away with size small in shirts at 5'11? Interesting as I fit between a medium and large in shirts, depending on the cut.

Also as interesting is that I am also stock 30x32, but can vary up to 31 waist and 34 length depending on the cut.

You like a tight fit? If so, the small may serve you better.

i just ordered a ZR Chambers Bay 1/4 zip in medium and I'll see how it fits for comparison.

Tough to find rain gear for sizing as I live in the SoCal desert (Palm Springs). We do have a Golfsmith nearby and they seem to carry lots of ZR online. So hopefully they will have a few items to try.

No. Just small fits me well. Most people think I wear a medium but its a small in golf wear. I wear mediums in street clothes. Only golf company I wear a medium is Travis Mathew and Under Armour. I just purchased a Adidas 3 layer gore tex rain jacket in small and the fit was very odd. Super long and not great movement. Returning it for the ZR Stealth Jacket.

I find ZRs sizing comparable to the sizing of the usual suspects (Nike, Adidas, etc).

As a reference I've found Under Armour (even in the 'loose') and Travis Mathew to both be a little trimmer fit, probably 1/2 size less.

Nothing feels looser on me than FJ and Donald Ross...and by a WIDE margin..
