From the TV coverage I cannot tell if his top hand is touching the chest or not.

 

What is curious to me is why the TV coverage is doing everything they can to avoid a close up shot or to even ask if he is anchoring or not.

 

Meanwhile the camera is able to detect a few grains of sand moved by a back swing in the bunker.

 

As a couple of other posters have already stated just limit the length of the putter to 36 inches.

 

At least the cheaters opps I mean those using the long putters cannot use them as a club to take relief.

 

Why do they need to ask if he is anchoring or not?

 

If taking relief is the concern then why not just limit length to 48 like every other club?

 

This is exactly what the USGA did with the 2019 rules changes.

I bet this guy hates he can't call in rules infraction anymore. Go outside and yell at a cloud or something.

 

So, is it not clear he's anchoring and not clear that's against the rules of golf? I don't understand why this rule isn't being enforced when they're quite strict on the other ones. Say something intelligent or don't post, dude.

I don't know what's wrong with marshalls and officials at tournaments that can't see the guy cheating in front of their nose. I guess he's more a conman than a cheater so far LOL
