The back bevel I did with the sanding belt but the front bevel I did with a hand file and then evened out with a dremel tool. Anything around where the hosel meets the head I did with the dremel. It’s too dicey to do with the belt sander. I should have ordered some scotch brite belts to get some of the tight spots. Paper belts will nick the metal in angled spots

I decided to tumble finish my heads to get a nice uniform finish. Just got done tumbling them for about 45 minutes each. I’m going to do another 45 on each head and I think they’ll be perfect. They are really coming out very consistent and have a cool look to them.

reviving an old topic here …..

 

fhe website is selling the remaining blades as 3-pw , 8 clubs , but the specs on show 4-pw and then below it shows the strong forge …… 3-9 would - be - specs 

 

are there 8 iron heads ?  I’d be looking to do 2-9 with them if I got them
