Beryllium copper irons

Hi guys, I found a set of Wilson tour blade beryllium copper irons under a house along with other misc clubs and putters. I can't find anything online about the Wilson's like when mfg etc. Seems I had a similar set in mid eighties but of course chrome. I hit these OK but you sure have to hit them perfect, I've forgotten the old days.I hope a Wilson club fan is out there that could shed some light, thanks.

I think they're the real deal. A couple of years back there was a BeCu set of Wilson tour blades up for sale on the Yahoo! Japan auction site. I might have even posted some pictures of them here. Anyway, one poster here managed to track some information down about them.

I never did bid on those BeCu irons, and I still regret it. At the time, it seemed like a lot, but not so much now for what must be very rare irons.

Hi, I did some calling around and figure these irons are unique (well almost) I'm guessing they only made a handful of sets. Guy in Florida who deals in clubs has never seen any, iron finder in CA. same thing so very cool. I wonder how. Could one just call Wilson and say can you make me some Be Cu irons or maybe they were testing the market. The shafts are 6.5 FM (frequency matched) Brunswick. The set 2-SI but the 3 is missing and no PW.maybe I'll go back and look for them under the house, post and pier construction here on the big island so the shafts are pretty rusty. I am trying to figure out how to load a picture but the Android doesn't like the site.

What info are you looking for? You have them posted for sale on eBay Already I see so..... They are a cheap ping eye 2 knock off. You don’t see many for a reason. Not sure why anyone would buy these if they can buy ping eye 2’s. It’s a $40-50 set of irons at best I’d say. Missing the pitching wedge also

@golfunderpar18 someone else had that price tag on them so that’s what I posted on them! I was thinking of keeping them and playing with them some or just because they look cool. Thanks for the info. I was trying to see if they were rare because I couldn’t find any information on them anywhere. Year, how many produced things like that.

dunlop aren’t clubs that I’d consider rare and posted/asking prices don’t tell you anything . Sold listings are best to gauge by. Becu clubs are great but not so much for Dunlop’s. If you sold these for $50 I’d say you did very well. Good luck.
