Can someone explain what these numbers mean from a recent experience with the shaft optimizer?

How accurate are the shaft recommendations for a quick fitting?

Better as a foundation or good to take the results and run with?

 

Background: I was playing 900T with C Taper 120 S. I was gifted a set of T100 with the stock AMT White S300. The optimizer recommended the AMT White which is cool that it seems my set up is close to optimized. Just curious on how to reliable the optimizer is and/or how much weight to put into the results.

Can't speak to the specific numbers but at best the results are a good starting place for the fitting process but they should never really be accepted with out actually getting a chance to demo the various options (even options the optimizer didn't consider). There are just too many subjective aspects of shaft selection that the optimizer can't account for. So it's really just a generalization of what tends to work with other people with similar swings. Sometimes the recommendation will work really well, sometimes they wont.

So since you already have the AMT's go ahead and give them a try but you wont know for sure how well they will work compared to the c-tapers until you test them out.
