I use a glove when I want to swing faster. Feels a bit more secure when I’m trying to apply a lot of force to the handle. Might be a mental thing. 
 

Most of the time I don’t use a glove though.

Interesting regarding a glove, I have posted in the thread before but now its winter in Texas I have some more thoughts for me -

 

Houston is humid in the summer

July I moved from Tour Velvet BCT to Z Cord with no glove

August I bought a glove(first ever)

November still warm in Houston - practicing full swings(I do a lot of 1/2 and 3/4 swings at the range) and playing long shots on course with glove(under 130 no glove).

February back to practicing every shot with no glove; opened a brand new glove for playing - again only using glove on course from 130 out. 

 

Will be interesting come May when it gets humid again; will I go back to using a glove at the range and not just on the course. I bought 5 Nike most expensive gloves and 2 are dead, 2 in packet and 1 is almost new so the experiment hasn't been too expensive yet. Do I just buy cheap gloves for practice in the hot, humid Houston Summer, will I need a glove ever when I move back to Scotland. We will see.

Started playing without a glove a couple years ago, the feel is so much better especially on wedge shots

No reason one wouldn't wear one on both hands.  The problem with most wearing gloves is that a standard grip size is based on the person wearing a glove.  So every demo club I ever hit is hit with a grip that is too small.  PITA.
