Longtime lurker, first time poster. Filled the bag over the last 2 years from info pulled from here. Gone through about 4 sets of irons and double that in testing, but I always come back to a similar specific look.. Taken a lot of inspiration from what you see on tour, but has to feel right to actually game it. Now time for pics and details below! 
 

A little bit about my game, I play 27 holes in a week typically. Hit the ball a decent way and hit the middle of the club pretty good. With 2 little ones at home I’m happy to keep the handicap under 3 for the year. Being in Maine, that means a lot of off-season sim & living room swings to stay sharp...

 

 

Driver: 10° TSi4, Tour AD XC 6s

     - Hit this at a demo day and immediately fell in love, for whatever reason the TSi3 just didn’t work for me. Could not keep the ball on the planet... 

 

4 wood: TS3 16.5° - kurokage silver TiNi

      -this is old faithful, bought it new, I play it .5" over standard for a tiny bit more distance. It has a lovely little (big) sky mark on the crown on a brisk day in October, not my finest strike.

5 wood: 915fd 18° - rotating shafts..

     -club is on its way out, I have loved it for longer courses where I might need a different option, but it will be replaced soon with a 7w. MOTO & rare is probably what kept it in my bag for so long to be honest...

 

Irons: T-MB 716 4i, 680mb 5i-9i all shafted up with TI x100 ~.25”+ // BB&FCO ferrules

     - love everything about this combo, more offset than most like, love the blade height&length. Thin top line but not razor sharp. I’ve got an extra set of  the 680s on deck after this set wears out. 

 

 

Wedges: Vokey SM8 48.10F TI x100, 52.12F TI x100, 56.10S TI s400

     - 60 is the next club to solve at this part of the bag. Not sure which way to go, looking for a versatile but dependable wedge in softer turf... looking for suggestions!

 

Putter: Taylormade Ardmore 3 35”

     - No idea how I found this or how it works, but it works and I cannot kick it out of the bag.... putting is definitely a weakness but this club is at least serviceable for this hack.

 

enough, rambling- hope y’all like the clubs! Glad to officially be part of the degenerate crew over here. We’ll see how long this bag sticks together.

Thanks. Play what makes golf the most fun!! I would be lying if I said that my 6&5 were safe right now, struggling with top end of the bag to start the year....

I was sick and tired of my never compromise putter and found the most opposite putter possible. Haven’t turned back! I did have a thing with a scotty for a week or two, but I cannot keep it out of the bag. You should bag one, they’re great

 

Pulled the (3rd) back up set of 680s out of the basement for a photo shoot... listed on the ‘bay, since my game will probably deteriorate before I get to this set. Man are they good to look at:

Pulled the 5wood out finally, and shifted in the 7wood for an experiment...
 

TS2 set standard loft/lie, playing a bit over standard length. Put the so-so evenflow white in and it’s worked out pretty solid!

Ive never played a lob, but with the 7 wood in the bag- top end is settled in nicely. Felt like buying a 60 with a bit more bounce, so far so good. Here in Maine we’ve got quite a bit of rain so the higher bounce is certainly welcome.

Will be hitting this with CLR to strip and make it more “raw”. Black bothers me when it starts to wear, so I’ll beat it to the punch!

Huge difference in the looks of those irons 🙂 Looks like you enjoy good use from the main set. Classic look vs new and shiney. The muscle shape looks especially nice and rounded.
