Oscar couldn't have a better mentor and teammate than Lando. The two of them will be a solid threat with just a touch more car. 

 

Lando defending Lewis on cold hard tires was epic. Oscar deserved that podium, but he will be there soon, I think.

Lando as a team mate and Mark Webber as an agent and mentor is a super strong combo. I look for Oscar to be around for quite a while.

I didn't realize it was one of Max's sim teammates that won NASCAR streets of Chicago. That's nutty, I should have watched it.

 It was wet at the beginning of the race and someone was sliding into a barrier on every lap (even w/the ‘rain tires’) Surreal to see them ripping around the streets of Chicago! Glad I caught it.

The whole Project91 concept that Trackhouse is running is pretty cool. I'm not much of a nascar fan, but it's got me to tune in a few times.

 

Watching a stock car thunder around the streets of Le Man's was pretty cool too. Seems like Nascar is headed in a good direction at least.

I have watched Kimi race in NASCAR and he said he's going to again. I should have watched Chicago, dammit. 

 

I can't get into ovals, that's why I don't watch Indy. But real street circuits are bad a**.

Red Bull is ruthless, but the drivers they keep are usually good. But when you look at how good Albion is doing in a Williams, you can't help but think he would be closer to Max than Checo.

Nyck was underperformed terribly. Albon couldn't handle the pressure back then, he's learned and matured more now and is under less pressure at williams, but if they'd kept him around back then I don't think it would have gotten any better.

 

I'd bet that if DR performs well in the junior team he'll get his old seat back next year. Checo's only still there because there isn't a viable replacement.

I feel for Nyck, that car is garbage. Yuki is making that car look better than it is. I honestly wish Red Bull would give Checo's seat to him. Talk about matured, Yuki has come up. Give him 10 races next year and see how he does next to Max.

Another painfully boring season. I was a fan for all of Lewis's titles and domination but at least he had some competition from vettel and nico, among others. This year is just a joke. We can't even be mad at RB, we need to be mad at the other teams who can't keep up. I am really deflated, I used to love watching the whole weekend but now I just tune in for the start and see Max take a 23 second lead going into the 2nd corner 😄

I'm loving McLaren come from the back to now hit 2 podiums that could have been 4 real easy. Oscar is showing why McLaren went after him, he can straight drive. 

 

I think McLaren has the best drivers pair on the grid and if they can get a little more top end, it's on.
