Because you haven't read the Rules about posting.  The first line tells you why.

I'm not arguing that and obviously the rules are the rules. It also weeds out the guys who has 100% positive feedback as a buyer and seller on Ebay and could list items on here that many members may be interested in from a trusted person, but because that person doesn't like to chat 75 times on forum topics cant do so on here.

This is going to sound harsh but just read the posted rules in the buy sell trade forum and you'll find that information. It's the same place you would have found the answer to your original question which could have prevented you from starting a meaningless thread to begin with...
