WooHoo Braves!

I know this isn't golf, but a lot of people here are also baseball fans (this is, after all, the "19th Hole" - the things you BS with your friends about in a bar after a round). 

 

I loved this World Series. Possibly it was because it was great to see really good baseball, with stadiums jammed full of fans.

 

It was strange in that it seemed so ... pre-pandemic - almost forgot were were in one. There was a hint here that life might actually return to normal someday. I love that thought.

Congrats to the Braves. Not sure I can stand behind the "tomahawk chop" but...

 

They are a good team that plays the game well. 

 

Much rather see them win than the Cheat-stros! Ha ha!

That works and definitely sums it up! But I prefer simply the Trashstros! Haha

I admit to having Dodger fan bias…..but I still believe they were the most talented team. Especially pitching wise. 
 

But combine horrid hitting (they still think you can hit a 3 run homer with the bases empty 😡), with a mismanaged pitching staff and you simply don’t win. The Braves got hot at the right time and capitalized. Congrats to them. 
 

I still hate the “chop”, both with them and FSU.
