Scotty Cameron Equivalent to Piretti 801?

eyeing up a Piretti 801 on eBay and I really like the look of the putter. Am looking for a 009-M style putter (have already filled out an order form for a Byron Morgan DH89 but never got a response back, it's been over a week and I sent a follow-up email as well) and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this 801 fits the bill

In case you weren't aware, Byron passed away in the past year or two. I could be wrong, but I don't think his former reps are taking on new orders.

Yeah, I had an 801 prior to getting a 009. Shapes are almost identical.

Can confirm. Whoever is responding to their emails told me they won't be taking any orders.

I knew he had passed away but I didn't know that meant the end of the company. Wonder why the website is still up then

yeah I knew he had passed but I should've put it together that that meant the end of the company

For better or worse, he was the company. They might not have access to the site or maybe leaving it up as a tribute. Who knows, but at some point the domain will expire.

I don't know where you are geographically. But if you're near Houston, they're absolutely worth it to go in person for a fitting/custom build.

go to Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, NC and am in Jupiter, FL when I'm home for Christmas Break, Spring Break, etc. so I don't think it's in the cards. Also don't really want to blow a bag on that whole process. Hopefully I'll be able to eventually but it isn't in the cards atm
