This my tight space can’t use real ball s setup. Not exactly what I had planned but when walls went up plans changed. It gives me a decent place to practice in the winter

I like the putting aspect!

Started with an optishot 2 and a net. Slowly upgraded everything. All diy to keep costs down.

That is actually a True Strike gel pad insert.  I was happy with it overall, however it developed a “divot” after extensive use.  I also developed elbow issues so I have changed it out to a fiberbuilt insert.

No.  I got mine from proputtsystems.  They all use tour links panels, pretty much the same thing.  Plastic interlocking modular panels with custom cut turf and hitting mat.

I can shank it with the best of them!  I’m 10’ from the screen and the screen is inset 3’.  I think the only way to not hit the screen is with a severe toe shank, which luckily hasn’t happened… yet

Here’s my setup!  Intentional rugging versus turf. Wanted it feeling more like a studio. Couch and lounge area behind and not pictured. Bag rack has been relocated.

10’ ceiling, 9x14 screen.

I am thinking of setting up a Sim room but the ceiling at home is about 8’ and I am a short guy at 5’ 7”. Do you think it’s a bad idea? Going to have problems swinging a driver?

I am 5’6” and I can barely get by swinging driver with a 9’ ceiling.  Can swing, but definitely feels cramped.  Highly recommend 10’ for the big dog.

I’m 5’5” and my ceiling is just a couple of inches higher. I can swing driver fine. Others that have played with me can’t swing anything except irons. If you’ve got an old driver you can give it a try. The only way to really know.

Thank you @Markrip, I guess I will try. It’s my office room with a projector already setup. Currently swing it outside on the back patio on a Fiberbuilt setup + Rapsodo MLM 1.0. If only Rapsodo allowed us to upgrade to 2.0 with an up charge.

Little late, but here’s mine. Just got the projector hung the other day.

A bit late.  Had to build so could be hidden or set up within minutes.  Did incorporate 2 different screens, impact and movie.

Is that a FiberBuilt hitting mat?  If so, how are you liking it?  Also, great looking set up!
