They guys that made this putter popular, with the MH insert, putt on decently fast greens.

 

I'm guessing some will like MH and some will like WH, at the end of the day the average over 18 holes will likely be very similar.

 

The TXG videos did play like an advertisement for the WH. 

 

With that all said, Idk which is better. I ordered both and canceled my WH order because I figured they would both be very similar.

Good luck man!  I switched to a CB Tank putter close to 10 years ago and haven’t looked back.

I've been golfing now for maybe 15 years and never had an Odyssey in the bag. At the moment, rolling a LAB Gold Directed Force but really struggling. Just seems I can't get a solid hit. Granted, putting is the area I spend the least amount of time, really need to change that.

I think you’re going to love it!  I always try most of the new putters that come out but nothing compares to my odyssey putters.  Pretty much the only constant thing in my bag.  Wish I could find the same magic with the rest of the bag😂

I find myself similar to you Money.  In my youth won a lot of tournaments with the Rossie 2.  Tried other brands but here I am again.  Really excited for this bird

Noticed my credit card charged this morning. Hmmm. 
also noticed a shipment weighing 3.70 lbs originating in Atlanta, GA from PMI - Stord. 
 

I always assumed Callaway items shipped from Carlsbad, CA.

Good deal!!! My card was charged the day I ordered mine back in june.  Not sure why that happened versus charging it when the order was getting ready to ship.

I checked my order page again this morning for the MH Jailbird. Last night it still had a Dec'23 estimated ship date, but this morning it was updated to "Shipped" and a tracking number. Looks like my order is originating from Haslet, TX. For context, I placed my order over the phone about a hour before it went live.

Mine is estimated at 9/18-22 but was charged as well.  Hopefully shipping early.   No tracking yet

I did email odyssey on Tuesday to cancel the MH. Automated response about 5-10 business’s days for them to respond lol

I believe RF still uses the versa. This video is showing another touring pro who wants a putter similar to RF's.

I just called to ask about the return policy because my initial thought was to compare both putters on the course. If the putter isn't in brand new condition (grip still in plastic, head still in plastic, and unused) they will issue store credit. I would rather have the refund instead of store credit so my idea of comparing both putters on the course seems like a lost cause. The rep told me some differences between the inserts since I haven't gamed a callaway putter. After discussing and learning of the inserts I went ahead and canceled the microhinge and will only go with the white hot.

I am planning on comparing but don't want store credit. I will leave the plastic on and putt in the house most likely, but feel like the MH might cut through the plastic. I guess if I have to take the plastic off and take them to the course I can sell the one I don't want.

The way I see it, these were limited release putters (albeit large quantities :)). I bet a carpet rolled could sell on classified's so that one can break even. That's at least what I plan to do once I've tested both the MH and WH. Then again, my wife might try it and tell me she wants the spare. LOL

I sort of doubt it so selling one was always my main idea. I think WH makes more sense for me based on what I know, but I just don't see the downside of comparing them since I am pretty sure I can at least get my money back.
