Teeing up high but still striking low on the face

As the title says, what might be a common cause of this?

 

I'm teeing up driver high but still regularly hitting low on the face, not always but let's say at least 50% of the time, more on a bad day.

 

Without seeing a swing video, are there any common issues causing this or easy fixes?

 

For reference I'm using a Tour Tee, and barely sticking it into the ground, ball is probably 75% above the crown.

 

Do I need bigger tees, or is my angle of attack simply too high? (I am definitely working on hitting up on it as part of a swing fix with my coach).

Coach said my ball position for driver is fine by the way. Although I'm not against trying to move it back a smidge if that can help

Move it back in your stance and/or don’t try to hit up as much.

You're probably trying to hit up on it too much which causes inconsistencies.  I've had the same problem in the past.  It wasn't until I teed it a little lower and brought my AoA from +5 down to +2 that I started to become more consistent with contact.

Additionally, consider where your weight/pressure is, as you may be tipping back (which feeds into the quoted stuff).

Teeing it up rarely solves the issue, it tends to exaggerate it. Moving the ball back in the stance likewise unless you have the ball too far forward.

I developed such bad habits chasing an upward AOA. I was so far off my left foot that and teed high and still hitting low on face and down. The first time i moved the ball back to center i was hitting my driver -10* AOA, 120mph club speed and 240y drives. After some training my body re-adjusted to only -1-2* AOA with a middle ball positon and now +1/+2 AOA off left heel.

It could be the intent of trying to hit the ball with the face. I visualize hitting the tee with the leading edge of the driver and it’s helped me stay higher up the face. Could be worth a shot.

The bad habits thing rings true. While trying to hit up I've hit some bombs, but overall consistency gone done.

I think I'll just have to accept this and start teeing back down at normal levels. I'm a naturally low hitter though, so I'm definitely someone who can benefit from higher AOA if I can find it. My irons are bent 3 degrees weak 😂
