Nope. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he has som sort of stake in their sales. He did that with LA Golf too when he started playing their shafts. 

 

Back to topic, I have hit mine a couple times and I haven’t hit it great. Unfortunately, I got all new equipment at the time of year where I am not playing much and not swinging very well. On the other hand, I also ordered their 3w. I like having matching equipment. 🙂

 

I made a mistake ordering mine 1” short. I should have ordered it 1” long, tested, then cut down as I see fit. Now, I will probably extend the driver and then go through the tests.

 

It’s going to take a little time, but I am playing a scramble today, so I should have some opportunities to go after some swings and hopefully center a few. All of that being said since I am not swinging great right now, I have definitely put the forgiveness to the test and am very impressed.

Is anyone gaming this driver? If you are would you mind sharing some numbers ie SS, AOA, Spin, Launch and what you had before? I am 110mph when my back is bad and around 116-118 cruising speed normally. Wonder what speed you need to be to benefit. Killing spin is useful for me but I also curve it a bunch that I dont love.

I am. I don’t have your speed anymore. I am probably closer to the 105-110 speed now. I am finishing up my irons this week and then I will get some numbers for the driver and hopefully the 3w will get here soon so I can get those numbers too.

I think the signal vs the noise on this is if Dechambeau is in any way promoting the Krank driver. I have not paid much attention since the original 'reveal" but he was not too talkative about it then. May have been negotiating with them for a cut.
