Looking for Conforming Golf Ball Lists 1996 to 2001

Hi, I am a golf ball collector (mostly older balls) and I am still looking for the Conforming Lists of the years in the title. One list per year would do. I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for either a copy or each sent to me or a scan (PDF) of reasonable quality. If you still have any of those lists in the attic or if you know where I could obtain them ... Thanks for helping in advance.

Why not reach out to the USGA? Tell them you collect balls and just want the list for personal use. They may have all that in an archive.

The USGA/R&A publish a list of conforming balls monthly. Balls have to be submitted (for a fee) and pass conformance tests to be on the list. They also have to be resubmitted each year to remain on the list. Pretty much every professional or USGA/R&A ("elite level") event has using a ball on that list as a condition of competition but it isn't a basic rule of golf. If a particular event doesn't have that condition or you are playing a non-competition round and want to apply the round to your handicap, you can use any ball that doesn't violate the rules on the specs for golf balls.

Well, that is the first thing I did. I also contacted RANDA, the USGA Golf Museum and many other obvious places. No chance. I suspect that they either do not have the lists any more or it would be too much work for them to scan them and convert them to PDF. About 2 years ago one place (can't remember which) answered and said they would be helping me but I never heard from them again.
