My experience is that when you find a driver that really performs for you, you should buy THAT EXACT driver.  If it is the demo, make a deal, or tell them that when the new demo comes in, you want to buy the demo that you hit.  No two heads are exactly the same, and shafts vary quite a bit, even though they have the same label.

is it not more about the shaft these days? i see drivers making ever so slight incremental upgrades if at all..

although i do like the newer looks - if they inspire confidence, why not!

PGA Superstore just reduced prices on the Paradym line.

I would say so.  Modern shafts these days have different materials and are supposedly more carbon rich which is supposed to make them more stable than shafts of yester year.

I took the Paradym on the course, and really not much different than my current 400 Max. Some holes I hit the Paradym a bit further, and some I hit the Ping a bit further. Keeping the Ping for now, and a Titleist fitting day next week.
