Did I find a tour players quarter zip?

Hey guys! I’m an avid thrift goer and I found this quarter zip with a bunch of sponsor patches but no identifying information that I can tell (size, name, etc). I tried to do some research of callaway sponsored players but I haven’t had any luck. I’m hoping someone on here might have some information on it! Thanks so much guys!

Yep, Hero and Smartron are Indian companies,  both sponsored Lahiri, as did Callaway and Mastercard.  
Lost them all I think when he went to LIV.  Likely dumped all his sponsored apparel after that.  
Where did you find this? Lahiri lives in Palm Beach Gardens.

I found it way upstate NY basically on the Canadian border at a small thrift shop. I knew it was likely a tour players just by looking at it but couldn’t understand how it would end up there lol the Greg Norman Shark Collection makes sense now with the LIV connection

He did play in the PGA Championship in 2023 which was in that area, probably left his clothes or just donated them after his weekend was over on Friday.

I dunno wear it if it fits. Don't really see anyone clamoring for Anirban Lahiri merch. 

 

Unless there are people that just like tour player merch but tons of tour gear on eBay.

My thoughts exactly. It does fit actually. Might wear it to my local scramble tournaments this summer to strike fear in my opponents

Currently have a TON of Matt Fitzpatrick's tour used apparel on Poshmark for decent prices.  It's all Greyson.  Some cashmere, hoodies, qzips and polos.

There is some Fitzpatrick Greyson apparel on eBay also, probably the same stuff

A friend of mine got some tour shirts from the parents of a local tour pro.  He told me the sponsor only allows them to wear their shirts for 1 round so they basically donate everything after each event or give it away to friends.  

 

Helps me understand why some of these shirts cost so darn much.  LOL

I raced cars professionally for a while.  The amount of clothing you receive if you're on a decent sports team / racing team / a good pro is astonishing.   Both to wear on event and casually.  I retired about 14 years ago (with another couple events in 2016), and still have clothes / jackets / hats turning up in my closet and basement, unused.
