Bag Embroidery-G/fore Transporter

I have been eyeing this bag for months and finally pulled the trigger. Unfortunately I could not order direct from G/fore as they were out of stock. I want to put my name on the bag which seemed to be simple enough to do locally but the issue is the front pocket is padded and has some vertical stitching. 5 shops told me they would not work on it in fear of damaging the pocket.

I reached out to G/fore and have gotten no where. They will not let me send the pocket in to be embroidered in house and have no replacements available. Anybody have this bag and gone thru similar or have any suggestions?

1. Keep trying shops until you find one and they're legit not someone who just wants cash.

2. Don't bother with the embroidery.

3. Sell the bag and get something else you can embroider

4. Maybe heat sealed patch?

Yea my issue with the embroidery is if it goes wrong, I don't have a replacement pocket.

Thought about a patch/screen but I am not sure that will hold up well in the sun.
