2024 ECCO LT1 golf shoe

Anyone try them ??

I havent found anything leather even remotely close to the original Biom Hybrid 3. Not even the newer version that was the supposed replacement, not even close. This is priced as high as ive ever seen an Ecco golf shoe. Im willing to pay it though. Its my biggest need on the golf course as i have sensitive feet.

Just ordered a pair and a pair of Biom Hybrid BNYs that are also supposed to be waterproof. Both should be here mid week. I'll let you know.

I have a pair of ECCO C4 that are very comfortable, but I feel like their traction is lacking in dry conditions. Wet, there really isn't a problem, but dry and I skate all over.

I have a pair of S-Threes that are showing their age and are probably my favorite walking shoe that I own currently.

I had a pair of the G2 GTXs that are to this day my favorite golf shoe ever made.

yea please report back. The new tech they implemented sounds enticing.

As far as comfort and fit go, they are excellent. They actually feel a lot like a pair of Nike Invincible running shoes I had. That being said, I'm not sold on the material/leather, especially in white. Iron content is high here in the water, and any pair of white golf shoes I buy turn a rust orange color. I'm going to try to return for the grey colorway, if I can find them.

i love the Nike Invisible when i tried them on. My brother has a pair. Im a Pegasus guy tho. Those Invisibles had a HUGE sole but super comfortable and bouncy. Are you sure you want to compare these to a pair or running shoes though lol ??? Are they really that comfy ??

I see you own a pair of S3. The S3 felt a tad stiff and a little narrow to me when i tried them? How does the fit compare to them ?

Edit*. I see why these reminded you of the Invisible. I just spotted the rear part of the sole. It def sticks out like the Invisibles. Does it encompass the whole shoe like the Invisibles??

Fit is way better than the S3. These don't have the feeling of "my foot is bulging out over the sole."

They do feel very bouncy. The Nike Invincible is the closest thing I can compare them to from a feel perspective. I wore them through a Stack session and it threw me off a couple times because they were so soft. It was like a pillow compared to my FJ Premieres .It honestly felt like I was walking on rain-saturated fairway instead of my golf mat in my garage.

The sole does wrap that way around the entire shoe, which could be off putting to some.

Would you say they’re borderline unstable? Was debating between these, H4’s or maybe the FJ Pro SLX carbons.

Not unstable. (For reference, I consider the Nike Free sole to be completely unstable and the Adidas CodeChaos sole to be mildly unstable)

The midsole has what feels like a carbon plate right under the arch. I was surprised by the softness. It makes my FJ Premieres feel like walking on concrete. I say that, but have not played a round in the LT1. I returned them because I will utterly destroy the white leather. Hoping that I can find the grey/green colorway soon.

Based off of swinging on my garage mat, I like the traction nubs way better on these compared to the H4 or C4.

Tried both LT1 and C4 yesterday, went home with C4s. Felt a bit more comfortable to me. LT1s felt like the heels were higher and pushing me forward?! I have wide feet, and the C4s felt a bit better for my toes. Wasn't the colour I wanted, but no paying another $85 for my desired colour.
