Hats for the Big Heads

What do you big headed folks do for hats?  I cannot find anything that really fits anymore - nothing that is one-size, adjustable, trucker or snapback works.  These hats just sit on the top of my head.  I have to use New Era or Nike fitted 7 3/4 with a sports team since they are deeper.

 

I was wanting a Cameron, Tulon, Bettinardi or some other second-tier good brand hat to wear (not Titleist, Calloway, Ping, etc.)  but just feel like I am going to order things to never have them fit.

 

If anybody remembers these, the older A-Flex fitted Titleist L/XL hats fit me really well.  It is pretty hard to find good ones anymore.

Do such things exist?

These.   I bought 5 of them and had my club put our logo on them.  my hat size is 7 7/8 and they fit properly.

Big fan of the flexfit 110 SnapBack. They have a deep fit. Travis Mathew, ping, callaway, and puma use that style pretty regularly.

i haven’t personally tried mammoth. I do have the king and fifth and their xxl Is way too big. I’ll be getting some more melin xl hats.

I have a big head as well and it's a struggle.  To build on a couple options mentioned above that I have tried:

 

- Imperial XL210 is still kind of shallow and small for a BIG marketed hat.  Also, their quality control is awful.  Every hat will fit differently.  There is no consistency whatsoever.  If you find a batch of XL210's at a course you're at, try every one on as one might fit way better than another.

- Melin XL fits are no where big enough in my opinion, and stiff.

 

The one that fits better than anything I've tried are Pukka "Big Fit" hats.  Problem is, they are impossible to find since they usually only make hats for courses, clubs, etc.

 

It's a struggle out there for us.

I have a big head, like 7 7/8-8 and pretty much any flex fit hat in L/XL fits me, you may need to try a few on because size isn't standard like anything else mass manufactured. Doesn't matter the brand could be Titleist, Ping, Callaway, etc they all get their hats from the same source and just print their logos on them.
