Iron shaft for Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Pro Orange 70 x flex driver player

I hit my Paradym 3 💎 driver with the 1k orange shaft really well. I’m having a difficult time finding iron shafts. Wanting to find iron shafts that would work for a swing that works well with this driver shaft. Anyone insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Fitzpatrick uses the orange wood shafts and PX LZ in his irons

I did this experiment in the last couple weeks.

 

I have figured out that Tensei 1K Orange 60 S is a good shaft for me.  While on the range, my swing speed was avg 107, low 105 and high 109.  T1KO helped me find very consistent contact on the face unless I made a very poor swing.  And that is even with a 46" length which is normally way too long for me.

 

A couple other shafts that have worked well for me:  Tensei AV Orange in 3W and the 90g hybrid version in 4H, and surprisingly Hzrdus Red RDX 75 S worked very well with my G430 Max 3W.

 

Currently I am playing Modus 115 Stiff in my irons and I think they jive the best with me so far.  Some others that feel pretty good with my timing are:  PX Steel 6.0, KBS C-Taper Lite 115X, DG120 S300, KBS Tour 120.  Clearly my iron shaft window is 115-120 grams, so perhaps the weight overrides the bend profile.

 

At the risk of being a little bit too vulnerable, here is my impact pattern from that range session.  Weight was in the heel for both driver heads.  5 balls for each.

 

T1KO + G430 Max (25g weight) - top left

T1KO + G430 Max (19g weight) - bottom left (very good minus two where i went after it)

T1KO + TSR3 - top right (very good minus two where i went after it)

Accra RPG + TSR3 - bottom right

I had the 1K Pro Orange when it was released for awhile.  I have the MMT in my irons which are essentially the same EI profile as DG.  1K Pro Orange is a whiteboard profile where it's stiff mid and tip with a softer handle.  Since you play the 70X, X100 or DG 120 X100 would compliment it.

I thought both of these would be good options as well. I want to really like both. But 120s went left and x100s was inconsistent face contact. Leaning towards Ctaper, PX or something else tbd thanks

Just be aware that PX and C-taper have really stiff handles so that will affect feel.  They both feel harsh to me, but you may find otherwise.  Maybe test the Modus 125X as it's very similar to the X100 but smoother and feels just a touch softer.

I went back to my my TPO1k this week. Was between a GT but always go back to it. In my irons I have $-Tapers.
 

My only fairway is a UW and that has the av raw orange, it’s the best club in my bag. totally different profile than the 1k though. 
 

Edit - just like you OP. I use a 3💎 as well. Cut at 45.5. Im used to heavy ping heads, got a 12 and 14 weight in it.
