Hey Guys,

 

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I wanted to share some Work In Progress Photo's with you of a Custom MACHINE that Dave is building for a Customer.

 

This MACHINE features a Custom 303 Stainless M2A Converter Head with a 303 Stainless Deep Bite Bongo Back Flange with .5 Inch Radaii. The Bumpers were further melted and the Head was also shaved to meet this customer's target head weight.

 

This MACHINE also features Custom Triple Sightlines and a Red Anodized Alloy Logo Medallion

 

Next up for this MACHINE is for Dave to apply a Custom Antique Charcoal Torch Finish.

Thanks for your interest! We're just completing the first run limited edition Megalodon flanges. They are all off the mills now and in hand finishing steps. As soon as they are complete and out to those first customers, we'll start production runs, add them to the website and make them available for all future orders. Of course you are welcome to get an order started with Chris here online, or by email or with Jim or Libby or me in the shop. We're all happy to go over options, specs, answer any questions, etc.

We have a growing number of fitters with our putters and fitting kits. In what part of the country are you located? Again. feel free to call or email if you'd like.

I hope everyone is having a great week! I wanted to share with you a Custom MACHINE that Dave just finished for a Customer.

 

This MACHINE features a Custom 1018 Carbon M11 Converter Head with Custom Triple Sightlines paired with a 1018 Carbon Number 5 Scoop Back Flange and a Shaft over Stub Hosel for a Double Bend Shaft.

 

Both the Head and Flange have been finished in our Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish.

 

This MACHINE weighs in at 347 Grams with no weights installed.

This MACHINE also features a Custom Aluminum Bronze Spacer and 1 of a kind TMG Face Milling.

 

This MACHINE has been finished in an Acid Etch Finish to bring out the grain in the Damascus.

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for all the great comments and for all your support.

Here are some pics of the new Megalodon XXL flange in Blue Anodized Aerospace Alloy. This flange fits right on a standard M2A Converter and the weight matches really well for a standard length up to a counter balanced model, with lots of weight adjustability in the long bumpers. As shown it weighs 350 grams with four standard steel weights in the four weight ports, but you can go down to 335 or up to 390 or more in as little as 1 gram increments, 3 gram, 7 gram or 10 gram increments depending on the weights you use.

I need to put a little black paint in the sightline on the flange, so please excuse the work in progress photos.

We can anodize these in blue, red, green, black or a few other colors, including grey, bronze and olive drab. We'll have a few more colors and custom options to show off next week and will keep posting as we experiment and get custom orders made up the way you all want them.

Hey Everyone,

Here's a cool combo:

M11 in 1018 Carbon Steel with Hot Salts Gunmetal Blue finish, a No 5 Scoopback flange in 1018 carbon with two lines (ball width) and Hand Torched Oil Quenched finish and a skeletonized plumber neck. This setup is 375 grams, counterbalanced with a HOG-Sized D-Shaped grip and 50 gram Tour Lock Pro backweight.

This MACHINE also features Custom Sightlines, a Custom Stamped Medallion and Custom Engraving on the Sole.

I'm dumb. I just now noticed that the original post noted that Dave had just finished up that putter for a customer. So...thanks for the pictures again.

Really love the combination of that spacer with the screws. Ties together extremely well. And Damascus on top of that? Ridiculous. I really like the M11 with the #5 scoopback flange as well. Very reminiscent of the old Rossie II, but allowing for a plumber neck and no plastic insert? Just awesome.

There hasn't been that much greatness leave Texas since I boarded my connecting flight in DFW.
