This is info is compiled from threads and other sources. Nothing is ever for sure with Titleist and they change their minds often. Also, until someone can compare the Tour protos to retail heads, differences cannot be quantified.

New iron (755 CB) to replace 704 CB available to Tour Staff beginning this month...unknown when available to public (cool)

The Titleist rep had the new stainless irons at a demo day today. I'm sorry, but I forget if they were 755 or 775. I think it was 755.

He said they will replace the 804 (not the 704). (He had 704 demo clubs, but no 804s).

They are considerably more offset than the 704. I think they might be more offset than the 804, but I didn't see them side by side.

 

This was an open demo day at a public facility, so I assume these irons are definitely on their way.

The other new photos clear this up - the 775 replacing the 804, the 755 perhaps replacing the 704. What I saw was the 775, and having seen an 804 today, I'd say the 775 might be a little more offset.

tried to pry out some info from the tour van guys at the Buick today. Didn't get much out of them besides 695's would be April, there is a brand new FW they are testing, and it isn't the F3.05 or the F2.05!!! Sorry to tease but thats all I got from him. Scotty Cameron wasn't there, I was surprised. But the guy with the scotty bags let me pick up and hold and look at anything I wanted. (I weaseled my way into the tour van area)

I was checking out Edwin Watts Online Store and saw an advertisment of the 905T for $249.99. Maybe this is an indication of the 905R coming to the stores soon. But, for some reason they are still listing the 905S for $399.99?

 

Anyone with information of the 905R's release date, please let me know. I don't know how much more I can hold out for the 905R, espeacially after seeing the 905T for $249.99. That's is an incredable deal.

I can't wait until the 905R comes out either!!! I looked on tgw.com(The Golf Warehouse) and they have the 905T for $249.99 as well. I don't yet for sure when they're coming out but my local driving range always has a Demo Day the day before Titleist new stuff comes out so when they put Demo Day on the sign I'll let everyone know. I've heard rumours that it could be as early as March 1st.

To the best of my knowledge the 905R will replace the 905T but they will continue to sell the 905S. That may account for the $150 difference in price.

I emailed Titleist today about the 503 U. They basically said it is currently not available to the public and that should it be released to the market it will be mentioned on the website immediately. WHAT A BUMMER. Anyone lucky enough to grab one of these off a tour van? I would love to get my hands on one.

Yes that is confirmed. I received my Demo Pack yesterday. No 503U or 585H or whatever.

For those of you looking for the 905R..but cannot wait....WAIT.....Much better distance and ball flight than 905T...worth the extra money...Hit 2 different last week and one or both will be in bag this year......without a doubt better stick from Titleist than 905T...

I had the chance to hit the 503u with an i-rod x shaft today. It was by far the best hybrid I've hit so far! The ball flight was high but very strong. The feel was excellent, much more solid and responsive than everything else out there. If anyone has the opportunity to get their hands on one, they should consider themselves very lucky!
