I was there from 10:00am to 4:00pm. I skipped work for you guys.

I brought my new camera and two 512 MB cards. I took about 220 pics, 90% of them usable pics. I have spent the last few hours, since 4:00pm resizing them and sending them to GOLFWRX.

It was hard to take pics today, as there was no direction to the practice round, it was pretty much a free for all. The put the players in groups of two all over the course.

It was hard running arounf to get pics of the bags and at the range they made you stand about 20 feet behind the players on scafolding making it harder to get close ups.

I think i got some good pics but you guys will be the judge of that i guess.

I also was taking with the Bridgestone reps and on was nice enough let me check out the tour van, even though it was off limits to the public.

I asked to see the J33 Cb's and he let me check out a set that they were building for Freddy Couples caddie. NICE!!!!!

He also let me check out a 9.5 driver that they just built for Nick Faldo, it had a grey Diamana, with a Lamkin crossline grip, the grip felt very thick in my hands.

The Bridgestone guys were the niceest guys there out of the reps and did not mind taking to me about equipment.

The guys in the NIKE trailer on the other hand were Word not allowedholes, i tried to peak in they asked me what i was doing then i asked if i could ask them some questions and they gave me the cold shoulder....

... i then asked a few questions about the Nike Split Cavity's and some Nike MOI blades that i had heard about....they pretended like they knew nothing about the clubs i was taking about...... and barley bothered to look at me when i was asking them question....

if that is the case and I KNOW MORE than the guys that work in the tour van at the PGA events that its a sad day for Nike Tour.... but i don't belive that this is the case...i just belive that they were not nice people....but rude people.

and they WERE NOT BUSY!!!! That really ticked me off!!! (As you all can tell)

But i hope you all enjoy the pics as much as i enjoyed taking them

You know, I have all Nike equipment in my bag and after reading your post, frankly I'm disgusted. What a bunch of @$$holes. If my Nike equipment wasn't so damn expensive I'd throw it in the trash. I think Nike makes great equipment but it seems to me that they need to work on their people skills. Nike Golf would be nothing if it wasn't for Tiger. They should feel lucky to be where they are today. I guess they feel that since they have Tiger they don't have to worry about how they treat there potential customers because they know the consumer will buy whatever Tiger buys. That's a shame. I applaud you for your effort though. Aside from the Nike reps being jerks sounds like you had a pretty good day.

I can't believe that others had the same experiances with the Nike Tour Van people... that bothers me even more.

I held back a lot of comments on my post and other things I thought....(I used the backspace button a lot on the last post to try to not be so negative and let my anger get the best of me).

I didn't really talk to other reps. I usually keep to myself at these tournaments becasue i always here people saying the dumbest things to pro's and reps and i just laugh.... i figure that the pro's and the reps are at work...and we all hate being bothered at work.....but sometime's i have questions and feel that these reps are the only ones that can answer them so I ask....

and we all have questions or else we would not be on this board every single waking minute of the day....

But after my experiance with Bridgestone and their time..... I kept asking the club builder and rep in the trailer that if i weas bothering them or taking some of their time that i would leave......and they all told me "NO NO...its NO PROBLEM!"

that experiance definantly sealed the deal for my bridgestone J33 cb purchase and J33R 460 purchase.

GOOD JOB BRIDGESTONE!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!

A little time, interest, and customer service can go a LONG WAY!!!!!!

And the opposite can happen as well, BAD JOB NIKE!!!! and there goes down the drain any nike products that i was thinking about buying...there is just too many great products out there!!!

Did that set of Bridgestone irons have an american flag stamped near the toe? If so, then they're the set they showed Freddie at the President's Cup last fall. I think he hit two shots with them and gave them back. I offered to take them of his hands, but he told me I didn't want them ;)

Not exactly a ringing endorsement for one's title sponsor.
