this is NOT a Japanese brand. ITs a Malaysian brand. Its an in house brand in malaysia. THe shop is RGT. the AKagi is the aircraft carrier in ww11. they are made in china assembled in malaysia. they r terrible to hit a dead feeling.

i'm just waiting for someone to make a great wedge for less than 90 bucks. I'm tired of burning through a set every season or sooner. I'm not in school anymore and I'm a workin' stiff nobody so I gotta pay retail these days.

Adams is known for having pretty good value wedges. I got my mp-r for 75 bucks too at the pga store.

So are these wedges really not that good? I'd like some comments on feel, spin, performance, etc., if possible. I need new sand and lob wedges because mine are worn out a bit. I can get the 54* and 60* lofts I need for $30 (plus S&H) from a skate site. This is because they are used by famed skater Richard Humphrey (decent golfer). This would be a great deal (better than any Ebay deal I could find) and with what seems to be good craftsmanship.
