Please take advantage of this useful feature

Just wanted to post a reminder to everyone who participates in transactions via the WRX BST and WTB forums.

PLEASE remember to leave feedback both as a buyer and a seller. The system is only as useful as we make it.

There seems to be a slight increase in the number of disputes and/or potential issues with transactions over the last 6 months. This perceived increase may not be significant from a statistical point of view but as someone who receives a ton of PMs about this stuff, I have noticed it.

Anyway, please remember to leave feedback once a transaction is complete. If your buyer/seller doesn't leave you any, send a polite reminder PM that should only take you a few seconds. Leaving feedback itself only takes a few seconds as well. Besides, everyone likes to receives PMs, right?

For those of you who have experienced less than satisfactory transactions be it from a communication, shipping, condition, etc. standpoint, there is a NEUTRAL option.

Also, one of the biggest reasons why people don't leave BAD or NEUTRAL feedback is out of fear of a retaliatory entry. Keep in mind there is a VIOLATION feature on each and every feedback entry where you can state your case, the situation/circumstances or any other relevant info or justification as to why a feedback entry should be removed. The entry is then temporarily removed pending management's review. Once things have been reviewed the feedback entry will either be removed permanently or reinstated.

If you have any questions regarding the system, please feel free to post them here (please do not PM me general questions). Also, I do NOT personally review feedback entries that are reported. You'll need to look higher up for that.

ok, i'm an idiot. I've searched all over the website, both literally and figuratively, and can't find where to leave feedback. Can you add a link to this thread, and/or make it easier for idiot's to find, say, near the for sale forum?

 

What's frustrating is that i've already left feedback 3 times, so found it then, but can't now!

there are dozens if not hundreds of deals happening on a daily/weekly basis...please don't forget to leave feedback, whether it be as buyer, seller or trader and whether it be Good, Neutral or Bad.

hi

i left negative feedback prematurely yesterday, how do i remove it and turn that into a positive feedback?

 

i've tried clicking on the "violation" button and it shows the wrong person and comment.

 

please advise
