Anyway I saw the playoff and he pulled driver when the other were hitting 3 woods. He gets some serious roll on that thing.

Hitting the fairway is essential on that hole... I've played it more than a couple times. His driver actually seems to spin a lot surprisingly. Comes out with a medium trajectory, but flies awfully true.

... I got the privilege of caddying in his group in the Wednesday Pro-Am. Pretty cool experience considering he won.

He's got the exact same woods/hybrids set-up that I have - the man has good taste! I'll admit I wasn't much of a fan when I saw some of the outfits he had earlier in the year but have to give him props for going sans sponser and winning with what he's comfortable with. He and Steve Elkington are the only 2 pros I can think of doing that right now.

Have to agree. I can't say I like that hat, but I can't say he looks bad with it!

I think many people would say he looked cool if he actually had say the Polo horse logo on his shirt and they or some big name sponsored him. Too many influenced by image and branding.

My motto is if you wouldn't wear your golf clothes down the street after a round without feeling like a clown, then don't wear them at all.

Would you rather go for a drink somewhere after a round dressed like Brian Gay or Ryan Moore?? Just my opinion though

If I may........The OP was referring to the fact that both players are using the clubs they want and are not bound to a contract stipulating how many of each they must use. e.g. They are actually using want they want!
