FYI, kudos on the “grave picker “ post revival. 
 

Shafts and drivers are a marriage. There are some heads that don’t like certain shaft profiles for SOME swing types. 
 

In this case, it takes 3 to tango.

I picked it up and immediately thought in 8.5 degree I won't get the flight off the ground. Upon hitting it I was struck by how nice it felt. Really hot. Every shot had a higher launch and went left of center, straight not hooked. I could not get it to go right. How am I able to launch such a low lofted driver so much higher than my gamer and all the others that were much higher in loft? Perhaps, its the shallow face or maybe the shaft suits me well. I don't do well with light and whippy shafts, so maybe I found something special to take home with me. Anyone still have enough fond memories of this club to offer some thoughts? I hesitated due to the 8.5 loft but I have some stuff to get rid of, so at $99 it seems worth it. Should I go for it?

I used this club for years, absolutely loved it. My buddies called it the trash can because the sound is similar to banging on a trash can lid. I still have it sitting in the garage, might need to take it out the range for old times sake
