What? I never said I was going to put on metal spikes. I just said my stinger spikes are wearing out and I think its about time to change them. I didn't say "time to change my stinger spikes to metal ones, and ruin the greens for all"

Funny story about TW. I don't know if anyone remembered this happening . At the Barclays this year, 1st hole of the 1st round. Tiger flys the green with his approach and he had to call an official over for a ruling. Long story short, one of the fellow cart kids that works at my course picked up his ball, than realized what he did and put the ball back where it was. Ended up giving tiger a drop, which resulted in him placing the ball improving his lie 100%. He still ended up making bogy! I find it hysterical lol. Maybe its just because I know the kid personally, he plays golf, and he knows your not supposed to go around picking up golf balls.

I don't think he has played any other graphite shaft in his driver "consistently" besides those two. I know he has played others though; I think when he initially made the change he'd put a few different ones in play - Grafalloy Axis, or Blue, or Axis Blue (something like that) comes to mind.

Not sure but I read he does it military style with only one sheet. IIRC, he learned that in SEALs training and it was in Hank's book.

He poops in a box and uses leaves. Then buries it in his backyard. It's why his practice facility's grass is so lush.

For any length of time you're saying? After steel he messed around with a Grafalloy prototype for a little bit but never really played it in a full tournament. He played Blueboard 83X for a LONG time. Moved into Whiteboard 83X and played that for several more years. He also played an Oban Mach 4 Protoype for two rounds at Quail Hollow (I believe) before going back to Whiteboard. There were also rumors of him playing 73X for a bit too but I never saw photos of it like we did with 83X. He really hasn't switched around that much.

Looks like he is using an older fairway wood
