X-20 Tour?

Does anyone still play these?

I was at Golfsmith the other day looking for irons and just for kicks I tried out an x-20 Tour 6 iron with the Project X flighted 5.0 shaft. I can't say why, but for some reason, I really bonded with the club. Looked great, felt great, smelled great, etc. Anyway, I was just wondering who out there still plays the x-20 Tour and what your opinions are. Thanks in advance.

Oh, by the way, I'm a 5.2 index, ss with the driver is 95, and currently play x-14s (non-pro) with the uniflex shaft and have been playing them for the last 10 years or so (can't seem to find anything worthy of making the change, that is perhaps until now).

I used to game x20 tours when they were current. Those were my best ballstriking years of my life.

im thinking about trying them out. I have the x20 irons and am looking for a step up..would anyone recomend them?

i bought a set a couple of mnths ago as a winter set, since it's mushy around here in the offseason. They are working out pretty well, with the exception of the occasional flyer on 50-75% shots and hit them kinda high. However for GI set, the x20 tours have little offset and very slim profile for a "shovel".

I currently have them in the bag again and have been very happy. Pretty good foregiveness with reduced offset. You'll probably hear some on here say that the topline is a bit thick but I don't mind it at all and the beveled design helps hide it somewhat. I tried the X-22 Tour for a short period but like the X-20 Tour better.
