Anyone know the condition of the greens?

I notice this course will be shut down in May for a complete greens redo. Has anyone played it recently that can tell me what shape the greens are in? I'll be playing it in April.

Some WRXers from Michigan and I played at Capitol Hill this past weekend -- I wasn't there for the first few rounds of the trip, and didn't actually play the Senator, but they said the greens on that course were the best of the three on site.

I was just there yesterday. The greens didn't look too bad. I talked to someone that said that they are going to redo all of the greens on the courses come Labor Day. Whether that is true I do not know. The fairways are over seeded and look pretty good too. The practice greens were running pretty slow but I do not know about the on course greens. Hope that helps.

Played all 3 Capitol Hill courses over 2 days, this past Friday and Saturday. Quite frankly I was very disappointed in the condition and speed of the greens there. Was not expecting peak season conditioning and speeds, but the Legislator greens were really, really slow. The Judge greens were a little faster and The Senator were the best of the bunch. By the time you get there they should be in much better form.

Played the Senator on Tuesday (3/8) and the greens were very fast! Fastest greens among all the trail courses we played.

The courses we played were:

Grand National Links
Grand National Lakes
Cambrian Ridge (all 36)
Capitol Hill Senator
Capitol Hill Judge
Capitol Hill Legislator (Front 9 only)
