Heading to scottsdale tomorrow- what to expect with the weather

Any thoughts from wrx'ers down in scottsdale? Been there a bunch, but never in september (or october for that matter).
We've got seven round lined up. Just want to prepare mentally for the heat... :)

It has been 100+ for as long as I can remember. No way around it just stay hydrated and play early in the am if you can.

Fortunately its supposed to cool off this weekend, but there might be a chance of thunderstorms,too.

Like Matt said, no way around it, just make sure drink lots of water(SERIOUSLY, TONS) and lather on the sunscreen.

i was just there a week ago when it was 103-108 every day (still 102 when we landed at 9pm), i really thought it was pretty comfortable. 100+ in phoenix is not even close to the same as 100+ in Kansas. i thought it felt more like a low-mid 90s day. advice from above is correct however, you don't notice you're sweating because it evaporates so fast, but you sweat a ton. i think i drank ~12 16oz cups of water per round last week and never stopped to piss.

You are coming to AZ as the temps are expected to drop a bit. Maybe around 100 or even less in the Phoenix area this weekend. 2 hours north in Sedona I'm sitting here writing this and the temp is 61 with a high today of 88. It's absolutely beautiful outside. Temps will be highs in the 80's through this weekend.
