What is the best 36 hole option in Scottsdale?

Without having to get in the car in between?

I am still planning my Scottsdale trip for April 2012.
I have read all the topics, and the favourite courses for the local residents are obviously Wekopa Saguaro, Troon North Pinnacle, Boulders and Vista Verde.
So what is the best 36 hole combination in one place? If I want to get there in the morning, let my wife leave with the car and pick me up again in the evening? I have looked at the map and decided that the Boulders courses are simply too far from where we will stay (Old Town Scottsdale). Troon North is the maximum distance for me.

Which leaves the following options with two courses in one place:

Troon North Pinnacle and Monument?
TPC?
Wekopa Saguaro and Cholla?
Grayhawk Raptor and Talon?

Or maybe even one of the "cheaper" facilities?

Talking Stick?
Whirlwind?

The two courses at We-Ko-Pa are hard to beat. That would be my first choice. Troon North and Greyhawk would be next, but they are behind We-Ko-Pa in both layout and cost.

Wekopa is the best option, plus you can go to the casino afterwards if you want. The restaurant at the casino is top notch too.

another question: if you plan a trip now for feb-apr 2012 and you absolutely want to make sure that you get morning tee-times for the courses you want to play, do you make reservation through golfnow/EZlinks which is 60-90 days in advance max. or do you email golfclubs directly already now?

a. You won't be able to use any of the discount sites...most only offer times for a week in advance at most. EZlinks has no morning times....earliest is generally 8:30.

b. Most courses here have different policies on how far in advance...so you need to check out the website or call..
